It's just opposite of good days happening: Soren

He said that the Centre was beginning to pile on economic burden on the poor

Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren took a swipe at the BJP led NDA government saying it was just the opposite happening after the Narendra Modi predicted good days were in the offing in the country.

"Narendra Modi imagined that good days are in the offing for the country. But it's just the opposite happening with the Centre beginning to pile on economic burden on the poor," Soren told reporters here yesterday.

"Within one month, fares of railway services and price on gas have increased," he added.

He said Jharkhand's demand to accord special status to the state was before the central government.
