The Congress General Secretary charged that Modi did not even have the knowledge possessed by a Class X or XII student.
"I think Sushma Swaraj and Murli Manohar Joshi should give tuitions to Modi for a month to improve his knowledge," he said addressing election meetings in Chachoda constituency last evening in favour of Congress nominee Shivnarayan Meena.

Singh said Modi has always been known to "bite" the hand that has fed him.
The Congress General Secretary said the long list of people who have been "bitten" by Modi includes Keshubhai Patel, Shanker Singh Vaghela and L K Advani.
"I urge the BJP President, Rajnath Singh to be beware of Modi," Digvijay said.
He said after Modi, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was the "second biggest lair" and claimed that under Chouhan's regime the people were unhappy except those involved in 'satta' and brokers.
The Congress General Secretary charged that under Chouhan's regime, all government jobs were offered at fixed rates and said around 1,000 'munna bhais' have been arrested while appearing for the PMT Exam.
Singh said he had challenged Chouhan to a a debate on to who had done more for Madhya Pradesh.
"So far, Chouhan has shied away away from the debate although he should not do so if he has done good work for Madhya Pradesh," he said.
While addressing a meeting at Raghogarh for his son, Singh he would not campaign for him in the next elections if he did not listen to the people.
Digvijay, however, appealed to the people to ensure that Jaivardhan wins by the biggest margin in Madhya Pradesh.
