Pawar admitted to hospital after feeling uneasy
Supriya Sule says there is no need for panic
Sanjay Jog Mumbai The union agriculture minister and Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar was admitted to the Bombay hospital today for a check up after he complained of uneasiness.
Pawar was attending the meeting organised here by party's wing for girls. However, he left the meeting halfway after feeling uneasy and was taken to the hospital at around 11.15 am. He was accompanied by party MP Supriya Sule.
A team of doctors is looking after him.
Sule, who returned to the meeting venue, told Business Standard, "He (Pawar) is alright. No need to panic. Doctors will decide when to discharge him from hospital."
State NCP sources said that Pawar has cancelled all his engagements scheduled for today.
