The new leadership in Gujarat plans to bring in innovative ideas to reach out to people of the state and solve their problems. Now, instead of people coming to meet the ministers in state capital Gandhinagar with their grievances, the ministers will go to districts and talukas to hear them out.

A decision in this regard was taken in the state cabinet on Wednesday. Speaking about the new initiative, government spokesperson Nitin Patel said that the state ministers have decided to give a new twist to resolving block and taluka level complaints of people.

“Small issues of people related to taluka and district level administration would now be resolved by ministers who would be visiting their respective taluka and districts regularly.
