Bhubaneswar based ARSS Infrastructure Projects Limited, a growing corporate in the infrastructure space focusing on construction of roads, highways, bridges, irrigation projects and EPC activities, is pleased to announce its audited financial results for the period ended March 31, 2011.
Income from operation for FY 11 stood at Rs 1249 Cr as against Rs 1006.55 Cr for FY 10. The Profit after Tax (PAT) for FY 11 is up by 25 % to Rs 112.17 Cr as against Rs 90.07 Cr for FY 10.
Basic EPS stands at Rs 75.57 as compared to Rs 70.48 for the corresponding previous year.
The company has recommended a dividend of 10% (Rs 1 per share of Rs. 10 each) on the paid up capital of the company for the year ended March 31, 2011 subject to the approval of the members at the forthcoming AGM of the company.
The results for the Q4 FY11 show that the Income from operation stood at Rs 389.18 Cr. as against Rs 401.29Cr for Q4 FY 10.Similarly, Profit after Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 35.28 Cr. for Q4 FY11 as against Rs 40.13 Cr. for the corresponding quarter of last year.
