BIGFlix.com joins hands with mChek to enhance movie rental services

BIGFlix.com, a part of Reliance BIG Entertainment, India’s largest online- offline movie rental services join hands with mChek, India’s largest mobile payments platform to enhance its value proposition for its movie rental customers. This partnership will allow all customers to use the mChek platform to renew their membership plans with BIGFlix.com

This new service is the first of its kind in the DVD rental industry and allows customers to renew their membership plans with utmost ease and convenience using their mobile phones and continue enjoying membership benefits with BIGFlix.com.

In order to avail the service, BIGFlix.com customers need to first send “RENEW” to 55454. Non-registered members of mChek will get an IVR call from MChek asking for the mChek 6 digit pin number. Customers will then have to enter the 16-digit credit card number (only VISA/ Mastercard) along with the card expiry date and card verification value (CVV) number. Lastly the customer will be asked to renew his / her current membership plan with BIGFlix.com. With this the customer is validated with his renewed membership plan and continues to be a member with BIGFlix.com. This service will work across all telecom operators and all customers availing this service can use any Visa / Mastercard issued by any bank in India.
