9MFY12 Performance – Consolidated basis
- The Company’s net sales increased by 59.5% from Rs. 203.31 crore for 9MFY11 to Rs. 324.20 crore for 9MFY12
- EBIDTA for 9MFY12 stood at Rs. 32.16 crore, up 161.3% against 9MFY11
- The Company’s net profit during 9MFY12 registered an increase of 67.9% to Rs. 21.99 crore as compared to 9MFY11.
- Earnings per share stood at Rs. 3.73 during 9MFY12 as compared to Rs. 2.20 during 9MFY11
- The Company’s revenues during 9MFY12 accounted for 117.8% of the total revenues during FY11
- The Company’s net profit during 9MFY12accounted for 105.8% of the net profits during FY11
Q3FY12 Performance – Consolidated basis (Q-o-Q)
- The Company’s revenues increased by 6.6% to Rs. 114.81 crore as compared to Rs.107.71 crore during Q2FY12
- EBIDTA increased by 26.3% to Rs.13.51 crore as compared to Rs.10.70crore in Q2FY12
- EBIDTA margin improved by 183 bps to 11.8% as compared to 9.9% in Q2FY12
- Net profit for Q3FY12 improved by 38.3% toRs.8.82 crore as compared to Rs.6.38crore during Q2FY12
- Q3FY12 Performance – Standalone basis (Q-o-Q)
- The Company’s revenues increased by 9.5% to Rs.44.01 crore as compared to Rs.40.17crore during Q2FY12
- EBIDTA increased by 12.9% to Rs.7.18crore as compared to Rs.6.36crore in Q2FY12
- Net profit registered a 6.6% growth at Rs.5.60crore as compared to Rs.5.25crore during Q2FY12

Being a largely export-driven company, the appreciation in the value of US Dollar also had a positive impact.
