Wins “Best Employer” and “Operational Excellence & Quality” Awards at the BPO Excellence Awards 2010 -11 by Stars of the Industry Awards
Fidelity National Financial India (FNFI) the leading Title, Knowledge and Technology Center of Excellence, achieved yet another milestone with receipt of “Best Employer” and “Operational Excellence & Quality” awards at BPO Excellence awards 2010-11 by Stars of Industry Awards. The renowned BPO Excellence Awards are conferred every year to those BPO players who have created a niche for themselves in the industry by outperforming the standards of business operations.
At a ceremony at Taj Lands End, Mumbai attended by about 500 corporate professionals, FNFI outplayed big BPO players like Infosys, WNS, Genpact, ExL and Sutherland to win the awards. The selection was done by an eminent jury based on write up and post assessment.
“We have added two big feathers in our cap today” said Sameer Dhanrajani, Country Head, Fidelity National Financial India. “It's a great recognition for the efforts and contribution demonstrated by the employees of FNFI and these achievements will go a long way in building our organization to higher levels”.
The honor of the “Best Employer” comes as recognition of best practices to create a healthy platform for the employees to shine in their work spree. For the “Operational Excellence and Quality Award”, FNFI has two-prong approach - Agile Customer centric Enterprise (ACE) and Quality Information and Management System (QIMS) models. The ACE model focuses on building and sustaining seven crucial elements for robust service delivery – Employee Inclusivity, Rapidly deployable workforce, Enterprise coverage, Business Transformation, SLA accentuation, Unified communication and Customer delight. Throughout 2010, FNFI’s constant endeavor was to internalize and execute all the seven elements in totality to achieve Customer Delight. QIMS is another step to seep the elements of quality in our endeavors to deliver quality in everything we do. The Quality Function works on the three dimensional philosophy, namely Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Continuous Process Improvements. Quality Control aims at defect free operations at transactional level. Quality Assurance is the set of hygiene practices which ensure smooth, consistent and efficient Service Delivery at the Organizational level over a period of time. Continuous Process Improvement targets value addition to the customers by improving the existing state of operations.
