Geometric Software rebrands itself as Geometric

MUMBAI, India. January 21, 2008: As part of a long range strategic plan aimed at taking the company to a leadership position in global engineering, Geometric has embarked on a journey of transformation. Moving up from being solely a software services company, Geometric has significantly diversified its portfolio.

Recognizing the broader portfolio under which it operates, the Company has been renamed Geometric Limited, from the earlier Geometric Software Solutions Company Limited. There has been no change in the management or structure of the company. With this change, the use of the acronym 'GSSL' to refer to the company, is also ended formally.
