Award conferred for the second consecutive year
Glodyne Technoserve Limited, a leading player in technology services, has been chosen as one of the ‘best under a billion dollar’ companies in Asia Pacific for the year 2011 by Forbes. The award was presented to Glodyne at a glittering ceremony on 10th November in HongKong.
The 'Best Under A Billion' 2011 list is chosen from nearly 15,000 publicly-listed Asia Pacific companies with actively traded shares and having sales in the range of USD 5 million-USD 1 billion. These are Forbes’ picks of the companies that have best managed through the economic volatility that began in 2008. The selection of the best 200 companies is based on earnings growth, sales growth, and shareholders' return on equity in the past 12 months and over three years.
Thirty-five Indian companies are ranked among the top 200 Asia-Pacific corporations in Forbes Asia's 'Best Under a Billion' list for this year. The number of Indian companies was second only to the 65 firms from both China and Hong Kong that found a place in the list.
Commenting on the recognition, Mr. Annand Sarnaaik, CMD, Glodyne Technoserve Limited said, “We are honored to receive this recognition for the second consecutive year from Forbes.
