Hays India appoints Gaurav Seth as country head

Hays, the world’s leading recruiting experts in qualified, professional and skilled people, today announced the appointment of Gaurav Seth, an industry veteran in the executive search and recruitment space, as the Country Head of India. Gaurav will report to Chris Greaves, MD Hays – Gulf Region and India.

With an impeccable track record spanning over 25 years as a business leader with major global multinationals like ANZ Grindlays Bank, Genpact and Standard & Poor's, in India, Australia and the UK, and two top global Executive Search firms, Gaurav brings great insights in the recruitment space to the company. Gaurav will be responsible for spearheading the Indian operations and building a strong base in the country for the company. Commenting on Gaurav’s appointment, Chris Greaves, MD Hays-Gulf Region and India, said: “I am delighted to announce the appointment of Gaurav Seth as our new Country Head of India. Gaurav holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London.
