Hexaware Technologies becomes Platinum Level Partner in the Oracle PartnerNetwork

Hexaware Technologies Limited., a leading global provider of IT, BPO and consulting services, today announced that the Company has achieved Platinum Partner status in the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN). This Platinum level partnership recognizes Hexaware as a System Integrator for its in-depth expertise in showcasing capabilities across the entire suite of Oracle Applications including Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise, the Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle’s Siebel CRM and solutions such as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition and Oracle's Hyperion performance management applications.

Hexaware has demonstrated excellence in different assignments such as global roll-outs, product upgrades, customizing the core product to clients’ unique requirements, accelerated testing and smooth integration with other IT applications; thereby, offering end-to-end services to several joint customers globally. During the earlier phase of the relationship, Hexaware worked extensively to offer insights on the product development of PeopleSoft Enterprise. In addition, Hexaware has delivered 500+ projects cutting across industry-leading Oracle’s product lines spanning most of the modules catering to a number of joint customers in the process.

Recently, Hexaware further strengthened its commitment to Oracle by the following key initiatives:

  • During the previous quarter, Hexaware signed its largest deal to date worth $ 110 mn with a leading Fortune 500 corporation in the United States of America. An integral component of this engagement includes a product upgrade to and subsequent maintenance of certain modules of the Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 product.
  • Caliber Point, the wholly-owned BPO subsidiary of Hexaware launched ‘Republic’, a multi-tenancy HR services delivery solution built on the Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12. This launch marked the identity of Caliber Point as one of the first BPO service providers in India and one of the few in the world to provide a complete platform-based BPO service offering. With a strong entry into the Software as a Service (SaaS) segment, Republic is based on a Per Employee Per Month (PEPM) pricing model offering flexible and cost-effective solutions.
  • In line with Oracle’s approach to address customers’ unique challenges pertinent to their industry segments, Hexaware provides complimentary services and value-added offerings built on Oracle’s industry-specific product portfolio especially in the Travel & Transportation domain as well as in the Financial Services Vertical.
  • Hexaware strengthened its presence in the Education and Research (E&R) market by collaborating with Oracle and leveraging its Campus Solution products. During the last two quarters, Hexaware added 6 academic universities as clients across Australia, United Kingdom and the United States of America.
  • Hexaware set up a Center of Excellence (CoE) to focus primarily on the next-generation product – Oracle Fusion. The Company is closely associated with Oracle to enhance the customer experience as clients opt to migrate to this new product.
