Second conference dedicated to Hotel Operations held on 15-16 December 2010 at The Leela Kempinski, Gurgaon

HVS, world’s leading hospitality consulting firm, hosted its second “Hotel Operations Summit - India (HOSI 2010)”, on December 15-16, 2010 at The Leela Kempinski, Gurgaon. The annual one-and-half-day conference, conducted by HVS India, aims to empower the hospitality professional through sharing of international best practices and quality standards. HOSI envisions bringing together on a common platform industry leaders, managers, corporate-heads, and professionals to share innovative successful solutions with a view to fostering the culture of excellence in hotel operations.

Attending the conference and sharing their experiences were industry stalwarts like Raymond Bickson, Managing Director and CEO, Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces; Dipak Haksar, COO, ITC Luxury Collection and WelcomHotels; KB Kachru, Executive Vice President, South Asia, Carlson Hotels; Navin Berry, Chief Editor, Cross Section Publications; and Raj Singh Gehlot, Chairman, Ambience Group among others.

The HOSI conference is a brainchild of Manav Thadani, Managing Director, HVS India and founder of the Hotel Investment Conference South-Asia (HICSA). According to Manav Thadani, “The sharing of expertise will clearly pave the way for raising the bar for excellence in industry standards and faster growth and development of the industry as a whole.” In its very first year, the conference received outstanding appreciation and interest of the hoteliers globally and now in its second consecutive year, the conference also featured:
