ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has announced the launch of ‘ICICI Pru ClaimCare’ for consumers to further enhance their claim settlement experience. This new initiative is for direct settlement of health claims and ICICI Prudential Life becomes the first life insurance company in the country to move away from the Third Party Administrator (TPA) to manage the process directly. With ‘ICICI Pru ClaimCare’, the company will ensure fair, hassle-free and prompt assistance towards settling health claims.
