IDBI Bank’s 24?7 Locker Facility at Cuffe Parade, Mumbai

IDBI Bank today launched a 24×7 Premier Locker Facility at its Cuffe Parade, Colaba Branch at Mumbai. IDBI Bank is the First Bank in the world to have a 24×7 locker facility with a feature of biometric access. The Bank would also offer such service in metros and other centers in due course of time.

Speaking on the launch of the facility, Shri R M Malla, CMD, IDBI Bank said “The facility would enable the customers to use their lockers with the Bank round the clock as per their convenience. So far, the customers were able to use the lockers only during the banking hours. The facility is highly secured with the access to the locker room through Biometric Card.  Further, in our endeavor to provide the customers best-in-class facility, the locker facility has been set-up in great ambience with a special dressing room, 24 hours availability of tea/coffee arrangement etc. This shall go a long way in serving the Individuals as well as Corporates and the Business community who need such   24×7 organized locker facilities”.
