IndusInd Bank partners with IIFM for their nation wide training initiative 'DEAL'

International Institute of Financial Markets Ltd (IIFM), one of the most aggressive financial warehouses of the country today signed an MOU with IndusInd Bank for their training DEAL (Drop Everything And Learn) initiative.

DEAL initiative is for all the sales employees of the bank who would be provided weekly training on current economic and financial systems and is based on the axiom of knowledge first to service better.

The agreement is as per the philosophy of IndusInd bank which aims at providing the most knowledgeable and trained staff to service its 2 million customers.

An IndusInd representative commented that the DEAL initiative between IndusInd and IIFM would run across the 180 branches of the bank and is in sync with the bank’s philosophy of efficiency and long term profitability.

Mr Pranav Chaturvedi, Director, IIFM ltd present on the occasion termed the partnership as not only a major breakthrough for IIFM ltd but also for the entire financial sales industry where the sales force typically struggles to provide an educated and knowledgeable advice to their clients. 

Mr. Zubin Mody, Head HR, IndusInd Bank believes, “DEAL is a pan India learning initiative aimed at enhancing business, managerial and leadership skills of Bank's employees. DEAL promotes participatory learning with onus of training team members resting on line managers, with HR acting as learning partner by providing periodic learning inputs and continuous support to these team leaders.”
