Jaypee Greens (A division of Jaiprakash Associates Limited - a well diversified infrastructural industrial conglomerate in India) announces the launch of India’s first residential Lake District at Jaypee Greens Sports City on the Yamuna Expressway in Gautam Budh Nagar.
Lake District, spread over 200 acres comprises of apartments, is strategically located and well-connected with prime locations of Southwest Delhi and Noida, through the Noida-Greater Noida and the Yamuna Expressways.
The Project provides a variety of residential housing typologies varying from low density and low rise to high density and high rise, suiting a wide range of socio-economic lifestyles. The sizes of the apartments start from 850 sq ft for a 2 BHk to 2100 sq ft for a 4 BHK apartment.

The master-plan of the Lake District provides a relaxed and quiet atmosphere with modern architecture, surrounded with perennially flowing canals and lakes. The Lake District is a part of a massive 2500 acres land being developed as Jaypee Greens Sports City, which was recently launched on November 7, 2009. The sport city will have in total 12 Districts and each would be based on a theme. In the Sport City, Approximately 875 acres of land will be used in providing sports facilities like Motor race track, Go-karting facility, stadiums for various sports, etc
