Global HR services provider, Ma Foi Randstad announced the appointment of Mr. Rahul Goyal as Chief Executive Officer for its Consulting and Outsourcing business unit, and Mr. Avneesh Gupta as Chief Executive Officer of its IT business unit named Minvesta Infotech Ltd. These appointments have been made in alignment with the aggressive growth and expansion plans of the company.
Rahul Goyal started his career with Ma Foi Randstad as an executive search consultant. During his 13 year stint with Ma Foi, Goyal has served in several key positions including heading operations in Europe, Middle East and African regions. His last responsibility was the Head of Marketing and Strategy.
In his new role at Ma Foi Randstad, Rahul will spearhead the Consulting & Outsourcing business and will be responsible for the operations and delivery of HR Consulting and Outsourcing services.
Mr. Avneesh Gupta, CEO, Minvesta Infotech Ltd.
Avneesh Gupta will be responsible for building group’s innovative HR software products for enterprises across the globe. Under his leadership as a COO, MinVesta has successfully implemented one of most complex staffing back office suite and a very innovative end-to-end HRMS software, Minerva-HR. Minvesta also bagged an order to build world's most innovative Front Office System. In his new role, Avneesh will lead a team of 100 plus people to develop innovative products and solutions for HR process automation.
Avneesh Gupta has over 15 years of experience in the Technology Management and Software Development. Prior to joining Minvesta, Avneesh was one of the Promoters and Director for Indian operations of Papyrus Software Pvt. Ltd. and also held the position of Senior Program Manager at Microsoft. Earlier in his career, he has worked with GE, Blockbuster and Accenture (Formally Andersen Consulting) in Dallas, TX.
