Max New York Life has won four awards in the social media, brand building and customer loyalty segment in the last six months. This is a heartening recognition of the innovative work undertaken by the Company in the area of brand building.
Star Brand for 2010-2011
Max New York Life Insurance has been recognised as a ‘Star Brand’ for 2010-2011. This award is constituted by Planman Marcomm. The award was given after two phases of short-listing methodology and research. The perception survey was conducted over 22 centres by Indian Council for Market Research. The research was conducted under four parameters – product, innovation, recall perception and impact on consumers. The project encompassed every industry in business and consumer brands.
Best Strategic Program conferred on igenius
Igenius has received an award in the category of ‘Best Strategic Program on Social Media Platform’ by India Social. Max New York Life secured third position out of 150 participants. India Social aims to be a platform for the social media community and is promoted by Blogworks amongst others. Blogworks, a consulting firm, provides strategic social media solutions to brands and corporates. The contest had a four stage selection process by eminent jury members. Max New York Life with its igenius community focused around parenting was widely appreciated by all jury members and won the third position.
2nd CMO Asia Awards for Best use of Social Media for igenius

Igenius has also won the 2nd CMO Asia Awards for Best use of Social Media in marketing category. CMO Asia has a Global Community of over 17,000 executives within CMO Asia Strategic Interest Network. The patron members provide guidance and leadership to make a difference to the industry.
4th Customer & Brand Loyalty Award
Max New York Life triumphed at this year’s Loyalty Summit conference, held in Mumbai by carrying off the coveted Customer & Brand Loyalty Award in the Life Insurance category. Max New York Life beat off competition from major companies such as ICICI Prudential, LIC, HDFC and Metlife.
The Awards, now in their fourth year, are judged based on the outcome of research conducted by A.C. Nielsen in six cities of India with a sample of 25,000 customers, plus nominations received from organizations. The Awards highlight the importance of stimulating customer loyalty towards brands in India through a consistent quality customer experience.
