Marking the successful completion of one year in Mumbai and reciprocating the overwhelming patronage/ acceptance of EasyCabs by Mumbaikars in last one year, they are offering free rides to every 50th commuter travelling by EasyCabs to their preferred destination. EasyCabs, (India’s first radio taxi service provider, a part of Cazonrent- India’s largest personal ground transportation company), initiative known as ‘Salaam Mumbai Campaign’ is a way to express heartfelt gratitude to their commuters in Mumbai for showing their faith in EasyCabs in Mumbai.
Every 50th lucky passenger who will book a cab by calling at the call centre number- 43434343 will be entitled for a free ride by EasyCabs in addition to the in-cab entertainment facility. However, cabs have to be booked within a period of one month and the value of the ride would be to a maximum limit of Rs.300. EasyCabs started its service in Mumbai in April, 2010, giving unmatched service to its customers. In a short span of time EasyCabs has become very successful because of the faith customers have shown in the service. So now company as a gift to its consumers has come out with this free ride to them.
Not only this, EasyCabs for first time in India has also introduced an ‘in-cab entertainment’ in their radio taxies only in Mumbai to mark the successful completion of one full year of operation. The in-cab entertainment facility makes the trip even more engaging and interesting for its commuters.
Ms. Sakshi Vij, Marketing Head, EasyCabs said, “On an average, a radio taxi commuter in Mumbai, spends around 46 minutes traveling in the cab. With the launch of these services, we aim at creating the ride more engaging and entertaining for our customers. “A first batch of 40 EasyCabs has been launched in Mumbai and shortly, all our 500 cabs will be fitted with these devices. After Mumbai, we will replicate this in Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad as well, thereby creating a complete fleet of 3000 EasyCabs with the in-cab entertainment services”, added Ms. Sakshi Vij.
Capitalizing on this faith, the company is all set to make EasyCabs available on Mumbai Domestic Airport in next one year.
