Invests Rs135 crore in construction of Parsvnath Technica - Cyber Park.
Parsvnath Developers Limited (PDL), leading real estate and infrastructure provider performed ground breaking ceremony of IT park today in Gurgaon. The company is already in possession of the land and will invest Rs. 135 crore in the construction of the IT Park.
Parsvnath Technica - Cyber Park strategically located at Main Gurgaon Sohna road in Gurgaon, Haryana and will have office space of 7 lac sq. ft. spread over two towers. The expected realization from the project is approximately Rs 350 – 370 crore and will be completed within three years from the commencement of construction.

To provide a stress free working environment, the IT Park also offers convention centres, recreation area, multi-cuisine restraunts and various food outlets.

The building will comprise of G+5 and G+11 storeys and will have approximately 75,000 sq. ft. contiguous floor plate. The project has been designed by M/s Rajinder Kumar & Associates, a renowned architectural firm.
