The Parsvnath City, Saharanpur will offer plotted development, independent Floors and expandable villas at affordable rates.

Parsvnath City, Saharanpur, will have fully developed infrastructure, with underground cable and sewerage, wide well lit metalled roads and solid waste management. Apart from this the township will also have Group Housing, School, Community Centre, Mall / Shopping etc.
The realization from the project will be approx. Rs 350 crore spread over a period of two years. The development of the township is expected to be completed in two years.
