Parsvnath Developers Limited (PDL), one of the leading real estate and infrastructure provider has received environmental clearance from State Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Haryana, for the construction of proposed township project, Parsvnath Paliwal City at Panipat in Haryana with gold grading.
After getting the environmental clearance, PDL will now be in position to start the construction at site soon. As per the plan, the company shall be developing the proposed 162 acres township in phases, comprising of 927 residential plots, 4% area has been reserved for commercial activity. The township will be developed on a plot area of 657547 sq. mt. The total built up area will be 216677.45 sq. mt.
The township equipped with modern amenities comprises of plots, group housing, shopping mall with multiplex, club with swimming pool, dispensary, schools etc. The project strategically located in Sector 38 & 39 at Panipat, near Devilal Choudhary Park ensures easy commutations to and fro from Delhi.
The development of township is expected to be complete in two years from the date of commencement of work.
