Polaris Retail Excel now powered by SAP NetWeaver

Chennai, August 29, 2007: Polaris Retail Infotech Ltd. (PRIL), a leading retail software provider and a wholly owned subsidiary of Polaris Software Lab Ltd, today announced that its flagship product, Retail Excel, has achieved SAP NetWeaver Certification.

Polaris Retail achieved "Powered by SAP NetWeaver" certification through its successful integration with SAP NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure (SAP NetWeaver XI) and a Business Package for SAP Enterprise Portal. Retail Excel's Point-of-Sale & Store Solution module integrates seamlessly with SAP Supply Chain & Distribution and provides a box like integrated end-to-end solution for retailers.
