Rediffusion Y&R to sculpt out creative duties for TATA Realty and Infra project

Continuing with the recent trend of business wins, Rediffusion Y&R has announced its latest triumph; TATA Realty and Infrastructure. The agency has won the creative duties of TATA Realty and Infrastructure and will get to work immediately on the Ramanujan IT SEZ, Chennai Project. This win is attributed purely to Rediffusion Y&R’s credentials and past project endeavors. The creative mandate will be managed out of the head office in Mumbai.

Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) is a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Sons and is to serve as a real estate and infrastructure development arm. Real estate projects have been identified as the initial focus area for the company, which include projects of other Tata companies, and market opportunities currently under review which include infrastructure projects focusing on airports, urban infrastructure, roads and bridges, etc.

Ramanujan IT SEZ is inspired by and is a humble tribute to India’s mathematics wizard, Srinivasa Ramanujan. TATA Realty And Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) & Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) along with Tamil Nadu Investment Development Corporation (TIDCO) have entered into a joint venture to develop a mixed use facility at Chennai. Ramanujan IT SEZ is a class apart, offering unbeatable value in terms of its location, design, amenities and services. At the heart of this picturesques landscape, the Ramanujan IT SEZ will erect a fitting statue to the man who could think beyond numbers.

Commenting on the win, Ms. Nisha Singhania, EVP and Branch Head, Rediffusion Y&R Mumbai said, “We have a lot of experience in the realty sector and it is this experience that has really helped us win this business. We look forward to creating some path breaking work for Tata Realty.”
