ROLTA 21st company to receive ITSM certification

Acquisition of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 certification is an objective proof that Rolta has a world-class IT service management system.

Rolta had been certified for BS 15000 for its IT Service Management operations. This new certification is an upgrade of BS 15000 standard, and describes an integrated set of management processes for effective delivery of services. ISO 20000 is aligned with and complementary to the process approach defined within the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) from The Office of Government Commerce (OGC), UK.
