SCHWING Stetter India Private Limited, a 100% subsidiary of SCHWING Stetter Gmbh, Germany, and a leading player in Indian construction equipment industry, has received Six Sigma compliance certification, for all its key business processes, from M/s. Nathan and Nathan Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a Bangalore-based consultancy. The company started the process of implementing Six Sigma initiatives in the year 2005.

SCHWING Stetter India identified the deliverables covering all business processes and firmed up on the CTQ (Critical-to-Quality) parameter in all their deliverables. Various statistical tools and techniques related to break-through improvement and lean practices were deployed to achieve the Six Sigma status.
