Suchirindia inks MoU with Kyrgystan Republic

Suchirindia Developers (P) Limited, an ISO 9000: 2001 and ISO 14001 company, an infrastructure major, having multi-business and multi-locational, is poised for a rapid growth in developing Railway projects in Bihar, mega multi-storied complexes and Hotel complex in Colombo, Sri Lanka, through  KSR Infra and  SuchirNEB as SPVs.

Suchirindia, in four years of its business journey, developed over twenty four landmark commercial and residential projects at strategic locations of Hyderabad.

Suchirindia has an ambitious plan of venturing into first-of-its-kind amusement and adventure parks, named as Suchir’s Kingdom, in Hyderabad. It is set to create a niche for itself in the minds of youngsters and the like.

Suchirindia has created a history in the annals of the Pearl City by signing a MoU with the State Enterprise for Diplomatic Services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzdipservice) for development of Land as well as operation of a Diplomatic City. This is a shot in the arm for Suchirindia, which has a significant presence in the Realty and Infrastructure Industry.

Suchirindia and Kyrgyzdipservice would join hands to set up a JV, initially, for developing the Land of 50806 sq.mts, owned by the Kyrgyz Republic. This JV would construct the Diplomatic City to cater to the needs of various Embassies and Consulate Offices in the Bishkek city, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. This project includes construction of Embassies, multi-storied residential complexes, schools, hospitals etc., with a total outlay of 80 to100 mln USD.

Dr. Y Kiran, CEO, Suchirindia says that “he is upbeat with this development and looking forward for creation of world class infrastructure for the diplomats in Kyrgyz Republic.”
