Unity Infraprojects Ltd., (BSE: 532746), one of India’s major civil contracting firms, has secured three work orders collectively worth Rs. 200.10 Crores from IISER College Pune and 'Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO), Orissa and Kumar Builders Township Ventures Pvt. Ltd, Hinjewadi, Pune
The first order was for Rs.88.99 crore from Indian Institute of Science Eduction and Research, Pune, for construction of lecture theatre block and laboratory complex at its campus, with a completion period of 24 months.
The second one was for Rs.69.15 crore from Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation, Bhubaneswar for construction of tower 2010 near tower 2000 at industrial estate, Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar. The contract is to be completed in 24 months.
It had obtained order for Rs.41.96 crore from Kumar Builders Township Ventures Pvt. Ltd., Pune, for construction of SEZ Project (IT Park) with Green Building Norms. The order is to be completed in Ten and half months.
Commenting on the order, Mr. Abhijit K. Avarsekar, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Unity Infraprojects Ltd. said, “We are glad to receive the orders from IDCO. With several other orders received in this quarter, we have built-in on the expectations of the Government and are geared up to showcase our capabilities to execute various projects across the country.”
Earlier in the same quarter Unity Infraprojects bagged two other projects for Construction of Three Towers (B1,B2,B3) of Slim Fit Housing by M/s. Flagship Infrastructure (P) Ltd., Hinjewadi, Pune worth Rs. 24.47 crore and Construction of Houses including internal Sanitary and internal Electrical works and related external works in the Township of Rail Coach Factory at Lalganj, Raebareli by 'Rail Coach Factory-Lalganj, Raebareli, Ministry of Railways, through IRCON worth Rs. 144.96 crore.
