Usher Agro Ltd. (BSE code: 532765), one of the leading rice millers in India, reported a robust growth in revenue for the year ended, June 30, 2010.
The company achieved an incredible increase in revenue by a 63.67% from Rs. 208.95 Cr to Rs. 342 Cr during the same period, last fiscal. The profit after tax for the year ended June 30, 2010 stood at Rs. 23.53 Cr, resulting into an increase of 58.45%, as against Rs. 14.85 Cr in the corresponding period of the last fiscal.
Earnings per share went up to Rs. 10.91 as against Rs. 7.26 in the previous year recording an increase of about 50.27%.
