The BSF seized Rs 3,3,68,200 in cash, 16 mobile phones and garments from the Bangladesh nationals after the arrests yesterday, a senior BSF official told PTI.
The Bangladesh nationals were caught when they were about to cross the international border, he said.
In the past one month, more than 45 Bangladeshi nationals were caught in East and West Jaintia Hills districts, he said.
Several private coal mine owners employed Bangladesh nationals as labourers as the labour was cheap, he said.
