"We welcome the announcement to start air service to Kargil from Jammu and other places. The real credit for establishing a civil airport at Kargil goes to BJP and the party's Parliamentarians Study Group on J&K led by MP and former BJP National President Rajnath Singh," state BJP Chief Jugal Kishore Sharma told reporters here.
