"Sreeramulu and Reddy brothers should be ousted from public life as they have polluted not only the executive and legislature, but also the judiciary," Hiremath, Convenor of the National Commitee for Protection of Natural Resources told PTI.
ACB in its remand report had claimed that Sreeramulu had called up Kampli MLA Suresh Babu, informing him about one R Suryaprakash Babu of Hyderabad who knew some judges and would help secure bail for former minister Janardhan Reddy.
The ACB, probing the cash-for-bail case, on July 24 had served notices to Suresh Babu and Bellary (Urban) MLA Gali Somashekhar Reddy, brother of Gali Janardhan Reddy asking them to appear before it in connection with the investigation.
The investigating agency has so far arrested nine persons including three serving judges and a retired judge in connection with the case.
CBI's T Pattabhirama Rao, who had granted bail to Janardhan Reddy on May 31, was among the three serving judges arrested by ACB.
