The TTE, Manoj Verma, hit his wife Rubi Devi and son Harsh with a rod killing them, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Patna Range, Sunil Kumar said.
Verma's daughter informed local people and the police.
The motive behind the killing was being investigated, Kumar said.
