Wang, 50, described as "an elderly man" by a witness bought a knife from a store and then stabbed a middle aged woman in the chest and later targeted two-and-a-half-year-old baby brutally stabbing her in abdomen.
The suspect then injured a 12-year-old boy and a 24-year- old man before being arrested by police.
Official media while reporting about the incident has not given any reason why he went on a stabbing spree at the international retail store.
State-run CCTV said it is the fifth violent attack in the city in recent days.
