Narendra Singh (35) was killed when the tempo was hit by the truck near Nidahauli turn on Delhi-Kanpur National Highway while it was dropping passengers, they said.
The injured have been admitted to a hospital where the condition of one was stated to be serious, police said, adding that the truck driver has been arrested.
