The accident took place last night when the roof and wood structure of the 30-square-metre surfing area suddenly collapsed during the business hours of the cafe.
Rescuers pulled out the 10 people with two of them sustaining severe injuries, the Xinhua reported, adding that the injured have been admitted to the hospital and the bar owner has been detained by police.
