The victims, all from Shivpuri, were on their way to the famous Ratangarh Mata Mandir when the mishap took place at a spot around 60 km from the district headquarters, they said.
As per initial investigation, the tractor-trolley driver apparently dozed-off following which the vehicle fell off the road and overturned on Dabra-Pichore road under Dinara police station limits in the wee hours today, Dinara police station's sub-inspector Ramaraja Tiwari told PTI over phone.
Four of the victims died on the spot, while as many succumbed on their way to the hospital. Two of the injured died in the hospital while undergoing treatment, the officer said.
The injured persons have been admitted to two different hospitals, the SI said.

The bodies have been handed over to their family members after postmortem.
Tiwari said the deceased have been identified as Ravindra (18), Maniram (50), Kudhi Bai (30), Manoj (25), Harnam (30), Rajkumari (25), Khuman (60) and Ashish (age not known), Satyendra (18) and Mukesh (2).
