In Auraiya, seven persons were killed on the spot and 12 others injured when two trucks collided in Bela area, they said.
Those killed were identified as Ramkumar (50), Meena (47), Tanvi (6 months), Shivshankar (58), Shyam Babu (30), Sarafat (30) and Mahesh Kumar (50).
In a separate accident in Pakwada area of Moradabad, three persons were killed and two others injured when a jeep lost control and hit a divider and overturned, police said.
Ravi Sharma (28), Rahul (25) and Nitin (25) were killed in the incident.
