The prosecution case was that Rajadorai used to pick up quarrel frequently with his wife Pushpa who was undergoing treatment in her brother's house in Kolapalli near here.
Rajadorai, in an inebriated condition, barged into the house on the night of May 13, 2013 and picked up a quarrel with wife and stabbed her several times leading to her death.
Delivering the judgement, Mahila Court judge M Sarvamangala ordered Rajadorai to undergo 10 years imprisonment.
