Releasing a booklet "Ghoshnabaaz Sarkar Che 100 Divas", state Congress Chief Manikrao Thakre said BJP had rode to power making claims that it would rid the state of LBT and levy of toll. Similarly, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced that the party if voted to power would give reservation to Dhangar community.
"It has not fulfilled a single promise made during the elections," Thakre charged.
He said while in Opposition, BJP would demand loan waiver and heavy compensation to farmers suffering due to natural calamities. But now, government has done nothing to mitigate hardships of farmers reeling under severe drought conditions.
The present government has completely ignored the farmers. Cotton, soya bean, sugarcane producers are suffering due to neglect by the government," he alleged.
