The surgery was performed on three patients -- two men aged 30 and 35 years and a 70-year-old woman, Anoop Jhurani of Fortis Hospital told reporters here.
A number of patients who had undergone hip or knee replacement surgeries in recent years and had developed infection or other post-operation now can go for "revision replacement" for their either hip or knee, Jhurani said.
