He said in every sector there was an increase in central aid to Odisha, which would soon be among the leading and advanced states.
Citing examples, he said in the last three years there was a substantial increase in railway budget for Odisha and it was raised to Rs 5,000 crore this time.
About the fuel service station, Pradhan said "I asked the IOC to set up one AFS station here and they developed a new system in tune with the 'Make in India' policy as setting up a big station will not be cost effective."
Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram asked the state government and the Centre to reduce excise and other duties on aviation fuel to attract more airlines to operate in the sector.
