11 killed, 13 injured in accident

At least 11 persons including three women travelling in two vehicles were killed and as many as 13 others were injured after a truck collided with two vehicles coming from opposite direction in the Nalgonda district tonight, police said.
The incident occurred at around 11 pm near Nasarlapally village of Devarkonda mandal when the four-wheelers were on their way to Hyderabad, police said.
A truck hit both vehicles resulting to the death of 11 persons, a senior police officer said adding the injured were rushed to nearby hospitals.
Police personnel were carrying out rescue operation and investigations were on.
