Three convicts imprisoned were hanged in Adiala Jail, Rawalpindi. They killed more than one person in 1990 over a long-standing rivalry.
Two convicts were hanged in Faisalabad's Central Jail.
A prisoner, accused of raping and killing a 12-year-old girl in 1999, was hanged in Gujranwala Central Jail.
Another death-row convict jailed for the murder of three in 1999, was hanged in Sialkot District Jail. Two murder convicts were hanged in Bahawalpur Jail.

With the 11 executions, the total number of prisoners executed in Pakistan crossed 150 after the government lifted the self imposed ban on death penalty in December after the terrorist attack at the Army Public School in Peshawar, which claimed 150 lives, mostly children.
On June 13, the government imposed a temporary ban on executions during the upcoming holy month of Ramadan.
The UN, the EU, Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch and various local groups have asked government to stop the executions.
