A team of CISF personnel was travelling in their utility vehicle, which collided with a dumper head on at a remote area under Harangajao police station, they said.
The 12 critically jawans have been referred to Gauhati Medical College Hospital while others were being treated at Haflong Civil Hospital, they said.
