12 die in truck-lorry collision in Karnataka

As many as 12 persons were killed in a head-on collision between a mini-truck carrying them and a lorry on a national highway near here in today, police said.
The victims, including a woman, were heading back home after taking part in 'Bhajans' at a temple the early hours when the incident happened near Chikkagondanahalli.
All the 12 persons died on the spot, police added.
