The body of Sandeep was recovered today with strangulation marks from Reosa area of the district, they said.
Sandeep had gone to visit Barabanki district yesterday with one of his relatives, Kuwarey.
While Kuwarey returned home late night, Sandeep had gone missing.
A case has been registered against Kuwarey, SO Reosa Sandeep Singh said.
