13-year-old gangraped in Rajasthan

A 13-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped by three youths here, following which the key accused was arrested, police said today.
The victim, a resident of Sandila village under Nainwa police station, had gone out for some work on Monday night when Mukesh abducted and took her to an abandoned place, SHO Ramanand Yadav said.
He was joined by two other youths - Chetram and Deepak- both residents of nearby Dalepura village. The trio then took turn to rape her, SHO said.
The girl approached police station yesterday and filed a complaint, following which police arrested Mukesh, he said, adding efforts were on to nab the other two.
DSP Sonaram would further investigate the case, he added.
In another incident, a case has been registered against three youths for allegedly attempting to rape a 14-year-old girl, a resident of Borkhandi village, police said today.

The girl in her complaint alleged that the accused held her hostage on their bike, when she was on way to school on Monday, Sub-Inspector Iqbal Hussain said.
The trio took her to Trishuliya village and raped her, he said.
The accused - Hansraj Meena, Deepak Bhramin and Chetan Chipa - have been booked under sections 363, 354, 341, 323 and 120 (B) of IPC as well as 7 and 8 sections of POSCO Act, he said.
