The girl had gone to answer nature's call early morning when the incident happened. She had come to her uncle's home last evening and he asked her to stay over at their place, the police said.
This morning, when she went to a nearby toilet to relieve herself, a 34-year-old man, who lives on the same floor as her uncle, came to the toilet.
He allegedly took her inside and forced himself on her, they added.
